Moji Africa Tours and Travels is an independently run tour company that is passionate about South Africa. It is based in Cape Town and is owned and run by Thabie Moji and Hector Mbau two locals, who created Moji Africa Tours in order to share their deep love for this vibrant new democracy.

Thabie Moji worked in advertising and as a manager of the Africa Cafe before joining the tourism industry. “I have been a licensed tour guide for many years. I guide groups in and around Cape Town, the Southern African Region and have undertaken many Cape to Cairo expeditions. The cultures, colours, people and wildlife are nothing short of amazing!”

Hector Mbau comes from a marketing background and is co-owner of Cape Town’s first African Restaurant. “I was arrested and imprisoned during the struggle against apartheid. I love living in South Africa today and it is always an honour to share it with visitors!”

Both of us are qualified professionals in the hospitality and tourism industry. We offer tailor-made packages to travellers and firmly believe in offering an intimate experience of South African culture. We partner with top service providers in the region to create a trip of a life-time for you.
